The Church, a piano and jazz venue, has opened in the former St Michael of Plea church on Redwell Street in Norwich.

The venue was founded by John Taylor, who began searching for a location shortly after his 50th birthday.

Mr Taylor said: "I wanted to do something for myself and something that I would enjoy."

The project has been two years in the making, with Mr Taylor aiming to revive the late-night........
