Fuego Tacos, founded by Edd Watkinson and Ben Gibbins, has operated out of the Stanley NR3 on Magdalen Road, Norwich, since January last year.

The business, which was born from friendship and a shared passion for food and tequila, became known for fresh tacos and Mexican-inspired dishes.

But now Mr Watkinson, who is also behind the award-winning sandwich stall the Bodega on Norwich Market, confirmed that Fuego Tacos has now left........
