Woman accused of breaching order after being found in 'nuisance' flat

Poppy Whitehead has been charged with remaining on or entering the Paragon Place flat in contravention of a closure order.

The order was granted by Norwich Magistrates Court and put in place for three months on March 2 following ongoing anti-social behaviour issues.

It meant the property remained closed to all except the occupant with anyone else found inside the address liable to arrest.
