Gulakbar Hanifi, 19, and Abdurabb Hanifi, 18, have both been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and of assault by beating.

Gulakbar, of Smeat Street, Bowthorpe, and Abdurabb, of Bladewater Road, Bowthorpe, are due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court on October 20.
