Stephen Williams was a passenger in a car when he was stopped by officers at a petrol station on Clenchwarton Road, West Lynn.

The 47-year-old, who was found in the car with cannabis, was also discovered to have a wrap of heroin he had tried to hide under his armpit.

Norwich Crown Court heard the wrap was in a bag he "got from under the fuel cap" of the car before he "put it under his armpit".

Ian James, prosecuting, said after the discovery of 27.2g of heroin Williams was arrested and taken to the police station.

He was then strip-searched, and Mr James said officers found 25.6g of cocaine which had been "concealed" up his bottom.

Williams' home was also searched where digital scales and four mobile phones........
