Daniel Neves, 20, was seen by police riding an e-scooter - which is illegal to ride in a public place - at King's Lynn Bus Station.

Officers started the paperwork to seize it, but during the seizure they made an arrest on suspicion of criminal damage and assaulting two police officers.
