Man admits fraudulent possession of 200kg of tobacco in Norfolk

Shwan Abubaker had been charged with possession of the dutiable goods with fraudulent intent on or before December 20, 2023, in Great Yarmouth.

The 49-year-old was also accused over the possession of criminal property, £36,440, on or before the same date in the town.

Abubaker had been due to go on trial this month accused over both offences.
