Andre Gould was driving a Mercedes concrete mixer which was involved in a crash with a car being driven by Laura Akinnurun-Sharpe in Brampton.

The 46-year-old mother-of-three died at the scene following the crash on March 24 this year.

Her passenger Phyliss Crawford, then 74, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital following the crash on Buxton Road, near Aylsham.

Gould was initially arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in the immediate aftermath before being released under investigation.
