Dealer named X cuckooed home of vulnerable Norfolk man
Joao Salas was found by police at the Great Yarmouth property of a vulnerable individual who suffers from mental health issues, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
It was after Salas, who was known as X to the victim, had effectively cuckooed - or taken over the vulnerable man's home to use it as a base for drug dealing.
Norwich Crown Court heard the victim's mother called police who found Salas, a 38-year-old Portuguese national, at the Stephenson Close property in the town.

Oliver Haswell, prosecuting, said after arriving at the flat police found evidence of ongoing use of controlled drugs.
