Zak Greenacre was performing tricks on his off-road trials bike along Gayton Road in King's Lynn when the crash happened.

Norwich Crown Court heard Greenacre - who is already in prison having been jailed for two years and eight months for assaulting a woman as well as being controlling and coercive - had earlier gone through a red light.

Witnesses said the 22-year-old was "showing off" and "being silly" by pulling a wheelie before he hit the back of a car and fell off.

The bike continued onto the pavement towards a woman and her elderly mother.

The younger woman tried to push her mother out of the way and was struck by the vehicle.
