Adam Scott Turner, 38, a self-employed landscape gardener, died at the hospital on September 9, 2026.

An inquest into his death was formally opened at Norfolk Coroner’s Court.

The hearing was told Mr Turner, of Gayton Road, East Winch, had been identified at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital mortuary by his mother.
