The indecent happened in Ringland Hills, Taverham, between 8.30am and 9.10am on July 8 last year.

A man in his 30s was arrested and taken in for questioning before being released on bail.

A police spokeswoman said: "Following further inquiries the case did not fulfil the evidence threshold needed for prosecution and he faced no further action."
