Owners of the old offices in St Faiths Lane, just off Prince of Wales Road, have had to battle to get plans for the site over the line - but say the project is ready for someone with "fresh energy" to take it on.

The building which could be turned into "spacious three bedroom apartments" according to the agents marketing the property, is for sale for £500,000.
