Family friendly fayre returning to Norfolk Showground

The Costessey Fete & Fayre is being held on May 2 and 3 with a spokesman describing it as a "highlight of the local calendar".

Entry is set at £3 (free for under-5s) with the event starting at 10am each day.

The fayre will offer a range of activities, including food and drink stalls, a licensed bar, crafts, live bands and a fun dog show.

There will also be face painting, re-enactment groups and a traditional funfair.

On Saturday only there will be a live K-pop tribute, a performance from Ben Langley and from 8pm, one of the top 10 in Europe Queen tributes, Supersonic Queen, will take the stage.

For those wanting to stay on for another first at the showground can pay an additional £15 for the Yeehaw Country Music Festival, which will be held on May 3 from 5pm to 11pm.

The festival will feature performances from tribute acts representing famed music stars, as well as a bar and food vendors.

The tribute acts include Dolly Parton, Kenny Rogers, Luke Combs and Shania Twain.
