City beer festival returning with wider selection of brews from across Europe
The Norwich Craft Beer Festival is being held at The Waterfront over the bank holiday weekend and will feature a wider selection of breweries after a successful debut festival last year.
Here is everything you need to know.
What is the Norwich Craft Beer Festival?
Last year, over 1,000 people attended the festival (Image: Sir Toby's Beers)
Organised by Dominic Burke, co-owner of Sir Toby’s Beers and Toby Westgarth, The Waterfront will be transformed into a space where visitors can explore and try all kinds of different beers.
For those who do not fancy a beer, there will also be spirits, cider, and prosecco.
With this year's expansion, there is room for more breweries, extra seating, and brewery talks will be hosted in The Green Room.

Mr Burke said: "We’re thrilled to bring the Norwich Craft Beer Festival back to The Waterfront, and this year we’ve really pushed to highlight the incredible diversity coming out of Europe right now."
There will also be a line-up of live DJs and BoHo Nachos will be serving street food throughout all of the sessions.
Which breweries will be there?
The festival will feature brews from German and Belgian breweries, including Paulaner Brauerei München and Kasteel Brouwerij Van Honsebrouck, alongside Bullhouse Brew Co from Belfast.
Returning favourites from last year include national and local breweries such as Duration, All Day, and Ampersand, which have collaborated on a special one-off festival beer that will only be available during the event.
"We have also seen a significant increase in our customers embracing European-style lagers and fruit beers across our venues, so we wanted to embrace this as NCBF 2026," Mr Burke explained.
