Cotman House Dental Surgery says it would be "impossible" to relocate if proposals to turn the upper ground floor dentist into a home are given the go-ahead.

The practice manager at Cotman House said: "Four people would lose their jobs and the surgery would close, leaving 1,500 people without a dentist.

"There are 155 NHS child patients included in this, many of who have younger siblings, who would also have been taken care of.

"Relocation would be near impossible for us, as a small business, because in the short term, costs associated with a move and new set-up of space, equipment and removal would be prohibitive.
