Evie's Owls, set up by Evie-Grace Forsdick when she was just eight years old, is holding a free experience event at the former Lidl, in Drayton Road, next month.

Usually attending numerous events to provide a hands-on experience, including picture and petting opportunities for a small fee, Evie - now 13 - is wanting to give back to the community.

Evie's dad, Mark Forsdick, hopes the day will "comfort people" who may need a brief respite with their wellbeing.
