Spixworth Parish Council said they were issued an "immediate" eviction notice by bailiffs after breaking into Maise's Meadow in Crostwick Lane.

It is understood that the group forced entry into the site on Wednesday, a week after they pitched up at the nearby playing field at Spixworth Village Hall.
