Guy Humphrey has spent months training to complete a mammoth cycle from Land's End in Cornwall to John O'Groats in north eastern Scotland.

The 29-year-old, who works at M&S's Sweet Briar store in Norwich, was selected to take part in the challenge alongside 17 other colleagues from all over the UK.

He has spent hours preparing for the gruelling cycle, which will cover 874 miles, taking place over 10 days in aid of........
