The first and second floor of a grade II listed building in Redwell Street may become two apartments as Lohan Property Ltd has put in a bid with Norwich City Council.

The 108sq m site, which has been vacant since January 2025, was home to Yawn Marketing, a digital marketing agency now based in Exchange Street.

Beneath the building is an undercroft dating back to the 15th century giving the site its listed status.
