Chris Holmes is marking a full-circle moment serving wood-fired pizza from his vintage horsebox at the Pear Tree Inn in Unthank Road.

The former office worker grew up on the Golden Triangle street until the age of 22 and set up his business, Elsie’s Pizza, named after his 13-year-old daughter, ten years ago.
