Adrian Dunham and his wife of 40 years, Amanda Dunham, say being friendly and approachable to prospective staff and customers is why the Gallery Haircutters is so successful.

The pair met while working for John Olivers hairdressing group, which has two sites in Norwich.

After tying the knot in 1986, the couple decided to follow their dreams a year later and opened the Gallery Haircutters in Waterloo Road.
