Chocolatier launches unique create your own Easter egg concept
Marcela Romagnoli, the owner of Emporium Norwich based at Hellesdon Barns, has set up a new build-your-own chocolate egg station at her shop and cafe.
Last Easter, Ms Romagnoli noticed some customers didn't want to purchase a whole Easter egg.
The store already has a self-service option but Ms Romagnoli believes her new set-up will provide a flexible and more innovative way of shopping.

She said: "At the shop, we have a pick and mix option.
"There are lots of flavours of chocolate to choose from including apple and cinnamon and cashew.
"Our new Easter self-service experience is officially launching on March 6.
"Customers can pick the type of chocolate to make up the shell of their Easter egg.
"They can make half an egg or a whole egg so it's really flexible.
"Then customers can fill it with smaller treats like truffles and chocolate clusters.

"It's quite a nostalgic thing.
"We tested a dedicated Easter self-service experience last year.
"Following the success of that, we decided to officially launch something even more innovative this year.
"This format works beautifully because sometimes people want smaller quantities but still expect exceptional quality - and that’s exactly what they find with us.
"The packaging can then be customised."

Customers can choose between 54pc dark chocolate, white chocolate or milk chocolate for the shell of their egg.
Ms Romagnoli, who set up her business six years ago, will also have some Easter eggs on the shelves that customers can purchase.
She added: "On March 29, I will be running an exclusive Easter masterclass with only six very limited spaces.

"During the session, participants will learn how to temper chocolate at home, make truffles and paint with cocoa butter.
"We also have a VIP list that customers can join on our Instagram.
"They can get early access to launches and special offers.
"There is also a special Easter discount available both online and in-store."
