Pedlars Vintage is opening in St George's Street in NR3 on Saturday.

Cat Stones, who ran Stones Vintage in Pottergate until February 7, revealed at the time of the closure that she would shortly be reopening in a bigger premises "just down the road".

That location has now been revealed, with Miss Stones joining together with the team behind Aftertaste, an online vintage shop, to open a new location.

"Here be Pedlars, your new neighbourhood vintage shop, a collaboration by familiar faces Aftertaste and Stones Vintage," read the announcement.

"Opening 10am to 6pm this Saturday, March 14.

"Looking forward to seeing faces old and new, and from Al, just looking forward to seeing faces."

When Miss Stones revealed her Pottergate shop would be closing, she said: "I have been so lucky to meet customers old and new in this shop, and I hope you all will follow me a couple of hundred metres down the road to the new spot.

"I promise it’ll be even better than this one."
