Substrata Wines has lodged a licensing application with Norwich City Council for a property in Dove Street.

The business is currently based at Norwich Market but hopes to open the new retail-led wine shop in the Lanes, including space for customers to sit and drink.

The ground floor of the property in Dove Street is currently used by Loaf Microbakery, which recently hosted a pop-up shop for Substrata, and the upstairs was previously home to the Platinum Lace strip club.
