The objection from Norfolk County Council's Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA) is the third lodged by the authority against the scheme set for Norwich Camping and Leisure.

Last month, the authority said the application's drainage strategy contained "fundamental issues" and requested further details from the applicant.
