ALB Group, which owns Chamberlain House in Guildhall Hill, wants to make changes to the outside of the building and install new windows and doors as part of plans to convert it into 28 apartments.  

Bosses at the development firm have put forward planning papers to refurbish the existing windows and upgrade them with secondary glazing on the sides of the building which face Guildhall Hill and Dove Street.
