Proposals for the seven-acre centre, on land off Ipswich Road opposite the Harford Bridge Tesco superstore, are due to be lodged with South Norfolk Council in the coming weeks.

But Norwich Apex Ltd's plans for the site, not far from Keswick, have sparked controversy.
