City rooftop bar and restaurant remains open despite company entering liquidation

According to its website, Rooftop Gardens in Rose Lane is operated by Oceanfront GOS Ltd, which appointed liquidators on January 27 this year.

The company was due in court the next day for owing HMRC more than £408,000 in VAT, with the tax office filing a winding-up petition to shut it down.
