Mitchell Santner roughs up Indian bowlers to help New Zealand put up fighting total

New Delhi: It was a 27-ball 47-run unbeaten knock from Mitchell Santner that made the difference in the first innings score of New Zealand during the second ODI against India in Raipur. After bowlers led by Kuldeep Yadav (2/35) put some regular breaks in the Kiwi scoring rate with regular wickets, Santner rescued the Kiwis with a splendid innings.

India seemed to be in full control of the game and New Zealand would have likely ended up scoring around 170 to 180 runs but a quick knock from Santner, which included 6 boundaries and 1 six took the Kiwis to 208 for 6 in the stipulated 20 overs. Zakary Foulkes also added 15........
