New Delhi: Akanksha Chamola has finally addressed reports that she sought Rs 10 crore as alimony from her estranged husband Gaurav Khanna. The Lock Upp 2 contestant, whose personal life became a major talking point after she announced her divorce on the reality show, dismissed the speculation during a recent interview.

Speaking to Mashable India, Akanksha was asked directly about the alleged alimony demand. Rejecting the claim, she said, “If I had asked for it and had received it, I would not be sitting here. If I really had that much money, I would have left this country long ago.”
