Nissan reveals Urban SUV and body-on-frame Terrano PHEV concepts

Nissan have unveiled two PHEV concepts for China, with one being called the Urban SUV Concept and the other sees the revival of a namepate, called Terrano Concept.

New Delhi: Nissan has just shown a couple of plug-in hybrid SUV concepts, namely the Urban SUV and Terrano. They were shown during the Beijing Auto Show 2026 and show Nissan’s pace-up offensive for electrified vehicles for the Chinese market. 

The Terrano nameplate has been used previously as well, coming in India as well for the Duster-based midsize SUV, which had been sold between 2013 and 2020. While the Urban SUV Concept is mainly a sleek, city-focused crossover, the Terrano........
