BMW teases upcoming M3 after M division reaches one million units

BMW has teased the next-generation of M3 which will be the first high-performance vehicle from the division based on the brand’s Neue Klasse design language.

New Delhi: BMW M division has reached a big production milestone, with its one-millionth vehicle leaving the assembly line at the BMW Group’s Munich plant. The landmark car is a BMW M3 finished in the striking BMW Individual Fire Orange III paint. During a ceremony at the factory, Munich plant director Peter Weber formally handed the keys to BMW M CEO Frank van Meel. 

The event celebrated more than five decades of BMW M while also highlighting the major changes coming to the performance division.
