Bangladesh tightened their grip on the first Test against Australia on Saturday after striking at regular intervals to dent the hosts’ top order on Day 3. Australia finished the day 67 runs behind Bangladesh with six wickets remaining.

New Delhi: Bangladesh are in a commanding position at stumps on Day 3 of the 1st Test against Australia at the Marrara Cricket Ground in Darwin on Saturday, August 15. The visitors bundled out for 426 in their first innings, thus taking a 228-run lead, before Australia reached 161/4 at stumps, still trailing by 67 runs.
