Bombay High Court on Tuesday refused to quash a criminal defamation case against Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over remarks in which he allegedly referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi as “Choro Ke Sardar” and “Commander-in-Thief”, according to a LiveLaw report.
