New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has laid out a broad action plan for the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation, putting terrorism, regional connectivity and economic opportunities at the centre of India’s approach. His message comes as the SCO deals with conflicts, supply chain disruptions, cross-border security risks and growing pressure on global trade routes.
