IIT Madras and KRAFTON India have launched KIGI Academy, a six-month game development programme for students. The course covers Unity, coding, design, UI/UX and game production, with selected students getting an eight-week residency in Bengaluru.
New Delhi: IIT Madras and KRAFTON India have signed an MoU to launch KIGI Academy, a six-month game development training programme aimed at students who want hands-on exposure to coding, game design, UI/UX, art and product development.
The first batch will include 30 IIT Madras students. Of these, 10 will be selected for an eight-week residential phase at KRAFTON India’s Bengaluru office after completing the initial on-campus programme. The course is fully funded, according to the company.
