Google launches Gemini Enterprise for Legal to automate law firm workflows

Google Cloud has introduced Gemini Enterprise for Legal, an AI platform built for complex legal workflows. It can review contracts, track regulatory changes, assist with legal research and connect with major legal software platforms.

Google Cloud has launched Gemini Enterprise for Legal, a new AI system built for law firms and corporate legal teams. The platform is designed to handle tasks such as contract review, legal research, regulatory tracking, privacy requests and document drafting.

The product is currently in preview and is being tested by legal teams at firms including Cleary, Freshfields, Weil and Williams & Connolly. Google says the system is built on its Gemini Enterprise platform and comes with legal-specific AI skills, connectors to legal software and access to third-party agents.
