From 2015 to World record: Indian woman grows hair nearly 9 feet long

Renu Dhariyal from India has entered the Guinness World Records with her extraordinary 271.50 cm long hair. The Haldwani based content creator has not cut her hair since 2015 and follows a natural hair care routine using homemade oils and shampoos.

New Delhi: Renu Dhariyal from India has set a new Guinness World Records title for the longest hair on a living person female. Her long black hair measures an incredible 271.50 cm which is around 8 ft 10 in.

Her hair length is only slightly shorter than Robert Wadlow the tallest man ever who measured 272 cm or 8 ft 11.1 in. Renu’s record was officially verified in Haldwani Uttarakhand in April.
