Serbian RTV channel started its bulletin on Tuesday, by apologising to its viewers. The apology comes in the wake of the defeat of President Aleksandar Vucic’s ruling party in a historic election. The long-time ruler was defeated by Gen Z-backed candidates.

New Delhi: Serbian RTV channel started its bulletin on Tuesday, by apologising to its viewers. The anchor on air said, “”For years, we failed to fulfill our duty. We kept silent, turned a blind eye, reported events one-sidedly and failed to ask necessary questions. We owe our viewers an apology.”

The apology comes in the wake of the defeat of President Aleksandar Vucic’s ruling party in a historic election. The long-time ruler was defeated by Gen Z-backed candidates.
