Maharashtra: Stray dog menace in Chandrapur city, 52 bitten so far

The residents of Chhatrapati Nagar area in Chandrapur, Maharashtra have raised acomplaint about stray dogs with the municipal commissioner. They alleged that a single stray dog had bitten 52 people in the area. The locals submitted a memorandum to the Municipal Commissioner asking him to find a permanent solution to the problem of stray dogs in the area.

New Delhi: The residents of Chhatrapati Nagar area in Chandrapur are terrorised by the stray dogs in the area. According to reports, 1 stray dog bit 52 people. Following the growing menace of stray dogs, the locals have approached the municipal corporation administration. They submitted a memorandum through Suresh Pachare—Shiv Sena (UBT) city chief and former corporator, to the Corporation.

The locals are demanding a permanent solution to the problem of stray dogs in the area.
