New Delhi: Indian Railways has been running hundreds of special trains for the ongoing Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. Trains are being connected to the Maha Kumbh Mela from almost every corner of the country so that devotees do not face any problems. All zones are running trains on different routes that ultimately lead to the Maha Kumbh Mela.

To ensure smooth travel for pilgrims, the Prayagraj Railway Division ran 106 special trains for Basant Panchami and around 200 regular trains from various stations. This helped safely transport lakhs of devotees. On February 6, Northern Railways will run more than 30 special trains to the Maha Kumbh Mela.
