Kolkata: September was the most bountiful month in this century as far as the number of IPOs in a single month is concerned. The flood continues in October with the first mainboard IO of the month throwing open its bidding window today, October 3. The issue intends to raise Rs 3,000 crore. But there is no fresh shares in this offering — only offer for sell (OFS) shares (4.63 crore of them).
