Kolkata: Varmora Granito IPO opens today for bidding. The Rajkot-based manufacturer of tiles and bathware items is floating an IPO designed to raise Rs 708.02 crore through a book built issue. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 2.16 crore shares aggregating to Rs 320.00 crores and offer for sale of 2.62 crore shares aggregating to Rs 388.02 crores.
