Gold price today: Yellow metal rates rose again today; check details

Gold prices are rising across the country on Thursday, August 20. The price of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 340 to reach Rs 158,730 per 10 grams. The price of one gram of gold was Rs 15,873. On the MCX, gold rose by Rs 416 to trade at Rs 158,412 per 10 grams.

Kolkata: Gold prices rose in the country on Thursday, August 20 though not by a big amount. The price of 24-carat gold rose by Rs 340 to reach Rs 158,730 per 10 grams. Gold prices rose 0.21% during this period. Domestic gold prices also received support from international markets. Gold prices rose 0.23% to reach $4,555.60 per ounce on the US Comex.
