As many as four IPOs are opening their bidding process today. These are Adroit Industries IPO, Elevate Campuses IPO, Swastika Infra IPO and ArMee Infotech IPO. All are book built issues and all have positive GMPs.

Kolkata: As many as four IPOs are opening their bidding process today. These are Adroit Industries IPO, Elevate Campuses IPO, Swastika Infra IPO and ArMee Infotech IPO. All are book built issues. Adroit Industries IPO will raise ₹150.71 crores via a combination of fresh issue of 98.97 lakh shares aggregating to ₹132.62 crores and offer for sale of 13.50 lakh shares aggregating to ₹18.09 crores. Elevate Campuses IPO is designed to raise ₹2,100.00 crore only through fresh shares. Swastika Infra IPO will raise ₹160.88 crores through a combination of fresh issue of 69.46 lakh shares aggregating to ₹128.50 crores and offer for sale of 17.50 lakh shares aggregating to ₹32.38 crores. ArMee Infotech IPO will mop up ₹300.00 crores through fresh shares only.

According to investorgain, Adroit Industries IPO GMP stood at ₹34 in late night of Sept 22. With an upper price band of ₹134.00, the estimated listing price for Adroit Industries IPO is ₹168 and the listing gain 25.27%.........
