As we celebrate Women’s Day today, here’s a look back at an insightful and inspiring conversation between TV9 MD & CEO Barun Das and former Indian cricketer Mithali Raj. It is necessary to revisit this conversation on Women’s Day as it touches on a variety of topics that talk about the importance of women’s liberty in Indian society today. Both Das and Raj converse on how in sports, and other avenues in life, social boundaries on women have existed in the country, but both also voiced hope on how it is time things change and in fact are slowly changing.
