New Delhi: Actor Nani’s ‘HIT: The Third Case’ was recently released on May 1 and was directed by Sailesh Kolanu. The film is now facing legal trouble as the Madras High Court has sent it a notice.

The notice reportedly pertains to claims of plagiarism against the filmmakers, from writer Soniya Vimal who has alleged that the movie is based on her unpublished work and has been adapted from them without her consent.
