GRAP-IV curbs enforced in Delhi-NCR as AQI hits 400-mark again
New Delhi: The Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) lifted GRAP-IV with immediate effect in the Delhi-NCR region after the Air Quality Index crossed the 400-mark and made it into the ‘severe’ category on Saturday, January 17.
CAQM said Delhi’s Air Quality Index showed a sharp rise through the day, touching 400 by 4 pm and climbing to 428 by late evening.
