The Issue: A Manhattan judge setting an illegal immigrant free despite a federal warrant for his arrest.

Judge Sheridan Jack-Browne allowed an alleged sexual predator to slip out the back of the courtroom, even though she held federal arrest warrants on him (“ ‘Releasing’ chaos in city,” Rafael A. Mangual, Feb. 3).

This insanity is getting all-too-typical with judges who undermine federal law.

Jack-Browne should face prosecution similar to Milwaukee Judge Hannah Dugan, who’s facing five years for the same conduct.

Justice in New York City has become whatever woke leftists need it to be to advance their political agenda and maintain power.

Judges like Jack-Browne are nothing more than compliant stooges of the unscrupulous political machine.

They’re too impressed with themselves to realize they’re really nothing but clowns in black robes.
